A third generation native of Madison County, Mickey J. Gentle began the practice of law in 1998 in Huntsville. He received his B.A. from The University of Alabama in Huntsville in 1992, J.D. magna cum laude from the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University in 1997, and M.A. from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2015. In addition to the law practice, he teaches part time for Faulkner University and Legacy Christian University.
He is married to the former Amanda C. Downs, who is also a native of Madison County.
He is admitted to all Alabama state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama, United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh and Federal Circuits and the United States Supreme Court.His areas of practice include Probate Matter (Administering Estates and Probating Wills), Appeals from State or Federal Courts, and Family Law.

Shannon Moore is a Huntsville, Alabama native. He graduated from Grissom High School and received an undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law. After graduation Shannon Moore went on to found a law firm with a fell graduate from law school and has practiced law ever since.
Shannon Moore's practice focuses on criminal law, family law, and personal injury. Since entering private practice, Shannon has represented countless individuals and has been involved in bench trials and jury trials. Shannon was also the prosecutor for the City of Madison for several years.
Shannon is a past president of the Madison County Young Lawyers and he is a member of Madison County Bar Association, the Alabama Bar Association, and the Alabama Criminal Lawyer's Defense Association.
In addition to his law practice, Shannon is an active member of the local community. He is a lifelong member of Trinity United Methodist Church and has taught Sunday School there. He was a member of the Criminal Justice Advisory Board at Virginia College in Huntsville, Al. He is currently a board member on the South Huntsville Civic Association and a board member of the South Huntsville Library Steering Committee.
Shannon Moore has also managed several political campaigns and has even ran for office himself.
